GENEWZ is an experimental mobile news reader created to combat clickbait and cognitive overload. We utilize a distinctive Neo-Brutalist design language—featuring 3px ink-black borders, tactile physics, vibrant accent colors, and display typography—to deliver straightforward reporting with high visual energy.
The application is built on top of Flutter with clean Riverpod state management and optimized Dio networking for instant, seamless reading.
EDITORIAL & SOURCING POLICY
GENEWZ is a digital news aggregator operating in full compliance with the Google Play News and Magazines Policy.
- Aggregation Nature: GENEWZ is not an independent reporting newsroom. We aggregate and index news stories, headlines, and public metadata from established international publishers, wire agencies, and journalism outlets.
- Content Sourcing: All headlines, descriptions, and cover imagery are retrieved dynamically via licensed news APIs (NewsAPI.org). We do not author, rewrite, or inject synthetic modifications into original journalistic reporting.
- Content Freshness: All articles surfaced in GENEWZ are real-time dispatches strictly under three (3) months old, prioritizing breaking news, same-day analysis, and current events.
- Unambiguous Attribution: Every single card and article view displays the original publishing agency's name, author (or editorial desk), publication timestamp, and provides a direct, unedited link to view the complete story on the publisher's official platform.
CONTENT REMOVAL & CORRECTION POLICY
